Smart integration is based on similar projects we use during our trainings, however we limit the theoretical and analytical parts significantly.

Smart integration in a way is a golden mean: it is a sustainable connection of learing and play. Smart integration happens on three levels: organizational, team, and individual.
Organizational level: it influences company’s culture, which on one hand is issued by the top management by setting general standards of conduct, but on the other hand constantly changes when confronted with individual attitudes. This dynamic dialogue can happen in the open during integration events, which leads to creating genuine, not imposed company culture. Being outside of everyday context while participating in games and projects employees are more likely to be open and deepen their relationships. Participants get to know each other better and learn new things about themselves better in action.

Team level applies to strengthening the group. During smart integration we build the teams’ strength and teach and develop the participants.
