Krzysztof Kamionka

Education and Professional experience:
Łódź University of Technology, Electric Department. Area of expertise: system theory.
Krystof was a member of a project team at the Institute of Electronics. He implemented their ideas for the industry. He travelled to some pretty remote places (Afghanistan, Nepal, Mongolia, and many times to India, among others).
In 1995 he started the Discover Team.
Krzysztof specializes in designing games and simulations for managers, in which he uses his system theory knowledge and thorough understanding of relationships in teams.
He takes inspiration from the greatest among the managerial skills scholars: Peter M. Senge, M. Belbin, Kouzes, Posner and Julia Sloan.

For the last few years he’s worked as a consultant implementing management systems and e-business tools.

• Infovide-Matrix S.A. – Consultant / Analyst in the public sector.
• PTK Centertel z.o.o. – Intranet Application Architect – Responsibilities include: collecting and analyzing business requirements, implementation of business analysis, feasibility studies, cooperation with business and IT.
• Deklaracje for Ministry of Finance, ePUAP for Ministry of Interior.

For two years he supported the sales department during sales pitches for f.e. the Ministry of Education and the Public Procurement Office.

Karina Wieczorek

Education and Professional experience:
Studied at the Inter-faculty Individual Studies in the Humanities of the Jagiellonian University, majoring in psychology. Before, she attended the Fine Arts School in Greenville, South Carolina, a bilingual class of the III High School in Gdańsk, and Secondary Music School in Gdańsk (majoring in violin).
Currently at the Plus Media ad agency, for over 9 years she’s been employed by various design studios and creative agencies where she created brands, products and services. She manages innovative projects and after hours she translates psychological textbooks and copywrites in English.
