Some time ago, a HR director for one of the biggest global corporations asked us to design a game that will increase trust, sense of mutual purpose, and eagerness to communicate, so that his people become better integrated. He said: “I don’t care if they like each other (although that would be great!). I just want them to respect each other.”This is how the “Cooperation” game was born. We used our experiences in building trust effectively and for the long term. Building trust should be based on shared positive experiences. So we designed a game that guarantees all that.

How to take out the most out of an integration trip?
We have developed a model called Smart Integration. It is a balanced combination of learning and play. Smart Integration is an interesting event which shapes long term aims regarding the organizational culture of the company. People’s effectiveness depends on their relationships and atmosphere in the office. Do your employees come to the office with positive attitude, or with anxiety or hesitation?
Thanks to Smart Integration a team develops shared stories, inside jokes, meanings and symbols that strengthen their bonds. During games, simulations and projects, distanced from everyday routine, it is easier to open up and deepen connections with colleagues. Participants learn new things about themselves.
