Games evoke emotions, engage the mind and teach.
Games develop particular skills and integrate the team.
That’s why games are the basis of all our meetings.

“Many of us have been analyzing the game number of days after, trying to understand our success or failure, making conclusions and learning for the future. Now, when we talk strategy, we can always refer to the game in which we could see the results of our strategies immediately.”

THE FOUR CULTURES GAME

THE FOUR CULTURES GAME

Working in international teams is more common than ever. This is why we created a game which shows how cultural differences can build cooperation.
There are four teams and each focuses on one culture: Indian, Brazilian, Gipsy, and Japanese.
Each team gets a leader specializing in chosen culture.

Teams get the following tasks:

  • Learn a myth
  • Learn a ritual
  • Learn traditional music and dance
  • Make a performance
  • Build decorations for the performance
  • Cook something traditional
  • At the end everyone presents what they learned and prepared.

This game is used in following training programs:

  • Smart integration
  • Cultural differences
  • Storytelling
