Discover Team’s games, especially the “cooperation” game showed our team how to accomplish a shared goal based on engagement and mutual support. The team building excercise help with integration of the team and building mutual trust. Our activities were essentially impeccable and conducted with full engagement of the Discover Team’s trainers.

At the end of may 2008 in a picturesque Masuria Hotel, Discover Team organised an integration event for us. The event consistent of two programs. The first was the “surrealism’ training, during which we could test ourselves in painting, abstract constructionism, or acting. The second part was the “strategy” game, which required both phisical dexterity, cleverness and strategic thinking.
We’ve organised integration meetings for our employees for many years. It was our first time with Discover Team, but we know it won’t be the last. None of our previous experiences evoked such enthusiasm in our employees.
Discover Team is a group of professionals, who love what they do. Their immense commitment was highly contegaous, so in effect we joyfully painted huge surrealist paintings, constructed unbelievable machines and shot movies. Strategy game on the other hand, woke the competitiveness and gave us material for many later discussions about “fighting the oponent”. In other words, we weren’t bored for a second, and everyone found something for themselves, and was supported by an expert.
I also need to stress that after returning we received a full documentation of the training, including the movies we filmed.
We’d like to thank the Discover Team for organising our trip, for being perfect in so many things, and for the great evening party with the DJ.
