METHODOLOGY

All our training programs comprise of 3 parts: Discover, Analyze, Change.

The Discover part is mostly about experience. Active participation in our games involve you in problem solving and participants can observe their reactions in various situations.

Analyze  - after intense experiences there needs to be a reflection. Short theoretical presentations introduce analytical tools, which are very useful to participants. These can be formalized such as After Action Review, SWOT analysis, script planning, or less structured such as visual thinking, dialogue.

Change – our training programs are constructed in such  a way that allows time for reflection. This way participants can change certain factors and behaviors and see how the changes work.

Thanks to such a holistic approach participants acquire knowledge and skills in a way that is engaging emotionally and for their imagination.
Every participant is introduced to universal analysis tools, which are useful in real business context. These tools are being tested during the training, which proves their potential and effectiveness.
